Picture-in-picture "remove" bar at the very bottom of screen s24+

Hi all, I'm wondering if the "remove" bar for picture in picture can be adjusted. On my s24+, it's too low, literally at the very bottom of the screen and out of reach. Is there any way it can be moved it up a bit? This happened after updating to oneui 6.1

For comparison on the base s23 (second pic), this bar is quite a bit higher and easier to access. Not oneui 6.1. It was what the s24+ looked like before updating. Thank you!
