International Feature: I really don't think I need to explain this. It has a genuine shot to beat Emilia Pérez here, considering that it has had a recent surge in momentum. People are seeing it, and it's that type of film that once you see it, it's completely undeniable. It's my prediction to win in this category.

Actress: Torres hasn't really been nominated anywhere else except for the GGs, where she won. She went on a bunch of press tours and media campaigns. The precursors have also split themselves between Mikey and Demi, so it may open up a genuine path for Torres to take it.

Picture: Now this is the true wildcard. It has not been nominated in any of the precursors, so we don't really know how it will stack up against the competition. It's a very important film about standing up to injustice and dictatorships, and it's ranking highly on the preferential ballot.
