How do you guys read DEATHSTREAMS?

Imagine yourself playing RX + AP at the same time? Read the position of every X notes and calculate how fast to flow aim? Listen closely to your tapping and don't give af? Look at the spacing between consecutive notes ahead and get a "feel" of the aim?

I find myself able to play streams just fine if they are of a NM1-ish length, but when the streams are longer I find myself struggling.
