Frost mage infernalist witch, what do I upgrade next?

I'm fairly new to Poe just looking for advice on upgrades. Frost mages are at 45k DPS(16 of them). I'm at 1.7k hp unreserved(850 reserved), 1k mana and 530 spirit.
