Lag every few seconds

Hello folks, semi new PC owner here. Need help on figuring out why , during gameplay am I lagging every few seconds . I’ve never had this happened to me and I’ve tried switching routers (2 different WiFi services) it seems like it’s not my WiFi connection and is starting to feel more like a performance issue. I’ve checked for updates and I’m current with windows 11, My drivers are up to date . I’ve uninstalled games that take up too much space and ones that I don’t play anymore. Anyone encounter this before and is there a solution to this ?
