$CVGI Update: Opening Position Monday - Here's Why
Following up on my DD from this morning about Commercial Vehicle Group ($CVGI).
Quick Recap of Key Points:
- P/E: 2.31
- Revenue: $857M vs Market Cap: $81M
- Multiple directors bought recently between $2.37-$2.72
- Infrastructure/manufacturing play
Why I'm Buying Monday:
- Stock closed at $2.36 (12/6)
- Trading well below recent insider purchase prices
- Four separate directors bought in past month
- Trading at 0.1x sales (market seems to be missing something)
My Entry Strategy:
- Watching pre-market action
- Setting limit orders below $2.50
- Starting small position, leaving room to average down if needed
- Not going all in given the risks we discussed (cyclical business, recent revenue decline)
Note: Several of you asked about insider transactions. Just to clarify - the recent buys were all open market purchases (Form 4s confirm), not option exercises. This is actual new money being invested by directors.
Not financial advice. Make your own decisions. Will update with position proof if/when I enter.
(Keep me honest - will post entry prices Monday if I get filled)
Thoughts on entry strategy? Anyone else looking at this?
