I’m not happy with my snake bites

So I got them done a few days ago and I was really trying to convince myself that I liked them and that I feel pretty with them but I’ve come to the realisation that I don’t like them at all and honestly regret getting them, so I was just wondering if I take them out now how quickly would they close and what would the aftercare of that be?
