Issues with Verizon internet locally?
My home internet service with Verizon has been disrupted for the last week. Apparently, someone placed a service request for my address without my knowledge. Since then, my Wifi router hasn't been connected to the internet. I have had 2 technicians out to fix what is not ultimately a hardware issue- it's got to be something on the back end.
My technician said there's a possibility of "spam bots" placing service orders that aren't real. Are there other people experiencing something similar?
