My ps5 keeps turning on

I'm at a complete loss and was wondering if anyone here knew what was happening. My ps5 keeps turning itself on even with HDMI link turned off and my ps5 controller deleted from the system to make sure the controller wasn't pressing the home button to turn it on. It'll turn on be it on rest mode or fully off. I have also tried changing plugs to make sure there wasn't a surge due to there being other plugs in the extension lead.
