I chose these based solely off of the anime, because I sadly haven’t played any of the games. Melmetal was a heavy hitter in alola. goodra had such a good backstory. I loved the hoopa movie and I think it’s really a forgotten Pokémon. garchomp has got a really cool mega evolution and Cynthia’s garchomp VS ash’s sirfetch'd was a really cool fight. The scene where tyrunt evolves into tyrantrum and saves Bonnie is one of my favourite moments Bonnie has. Lastly buzzwole, I just think it looks cool.
