Fonjis with nipple piercings?

I took out my nipple piercings to start doing fonji prep a couple of years ago. Now, I got my nipples re-pierced, and I'm wondering if anyone has tried doing fonjis or prepping for them with pierced nips? I've heard of using extra padding, like a towel or bra pads. Idk how helpful that is though.

EDIT: I'll talk to my piercer before I try anything, and get their advice. When I try again, I'll go slow and use a bunch of padding 🙂
