Need help remembering a band

The lead singer was heavily tanned and worked out like he was in jersey shore. They had a couple of bangers and then fell off the pretty hard. Pop punk band.

I remember them being quite big around 2010.

The only other thing I remember about them is band is they had a pirate related song where they got you to hold up a finger like it was a pirate hook and sway side to side at their live shows.

If anyone has any suggestions on some band names I’d be grateful. Been racking my brains for a while now trying to remember this band.
