Doctors never sent in NIPT test

I have been patiently waiting for 2 weeks to receive my NIPT test results. I reached out to the doctors office, who gave me the number to the lab they’re supposed to be sent off to. I called the lab, they have NOTHING under my name. My doctors office never sent them in, I even signed a paper to do this. I’m so upset right now. Has this happened to anyone else?!
