Hen doesn't boot up after closing the browser

Usually I press enable hen then I get a prompt to close browser and I get a little popup in the corner with hen version and we man being on. But now I just close it and nothing happens. I've tried multiple times and I should probably mention that it froze before so I had to turn my PS3 off while it was technically booting
