Pusheen Box - How long for replacement items?

Hi all, has anyone received a replacement item for their Pusheen box and how long did it take? In my summer box the fan didn't work and I've been waiting for a replacement still. They said 6-8 weeks and I've contacted them twice with no luck... just wondering if I will never get it 😭
