Are we seeing a decline in remote & hybrid roles?

Are we seeing a decline in the hybrid roles available or is it just me.

What niche / sector of Quantity Surveying has the most hybrid / remote work available?

I hope this doesn’t faze out as for me it is key we have this flexibility. It’s as important as the money
