Sprinters: how do you train/stay active in the sport into your late 20’s and beyond?

For those of you that sprinted competitively, was curious if you still sprint, and if so, do you do so competitively? Are there options to competing as an adult similar to adult leagues in other sports? What does training look like once you hit your later 20s?

Interested to hear your feedback, as I enjoy sprint training and pushing myself. Would love to know how you adapt as you age when the body requires more care/recovery, etc.
