Is there any path forward to fixing the Richmond DPU?
Richmond DPU is a nightmare to work with, they are very clearly understaffed (and very unpleasant about that fact) and it is impossible to get accurate/timely bills especially if you need services started or disconnected. City Councilors don't respond to calls and emails about any of this. It's wild that such an important service is just completely falling apart and it doesn't appear that anyone is doing anything about it.
Is there actually anything we can do collectively besides complain about this online at this point?
