Console Command Dilemma

So I tricked out Lydia with a full set of Legendary dragonbone armor and weapons, but after some mishap with appointing a steward to Lakeview Manor, she seems to have disappeared. I know she isn't following me, because I can recruit other companions to join me, but she also isn't in the Breezehome at Whiterun.

I've been considering using console commands to just teleport her to me, but I don't want to disable achievements. Does anyone know of any console command to bring a specific NPC to me, and whether or not it would actually disable achievements on that playthrough?
