Lakeview Manor Glitch

So I fully constructed and fully furnished my house with a bedroom wing so I could move my family to it. I checked the children's beds to see if they were (Owned) and they were. But now I can't seem to move my family to Lakeview Manor. It just doesn't pop up as an option.

Any advice? I heard marrying someone and moving the family through that was a good idea.
