Is 11 months too old to start?

Hi guys, looking for some advice for attempting to sleep train my 11 month old baby girl and hoping I have not left it too late to start. She's a pretty good sleeper overall but will not nap or sleep the night independently which means myself or my husband(usually me) are nap trapped twice a day and then I am cosleeping with her at night for the most part. At night I will lie in bed beside her until she falls asleep and then transfer her to her cot in her room for a few hours but then she wakes up around 1am crying hysterically so then I take her back into my bed for the rest of the night. Naps involve me lying beside her in bed as she wakes up too easily for me to transfer her to the cot during daytime naps. Our current schedule involves mornung wake up between 7.00am to 7.30am followed by a nap at around 10.30am for about an hour and then another nap around 3pm for an hour. She usually goes to bed for the night around 8.30pm. I am returning to work in about 6 weeks and our current routine will no longer work and I am worried about her naps when she goes to daycare with a childminder as I'm pretty confident the childminder is not going to lay in bed with her until she falls asleep for her naps lol. I also would like my baby to learn the skill of falling asleep independently. Baby girl is going through a bit of a clingy phase with me at the moment and I am struggling with the idea of letting her cry in her cot as she gets very worked up if she is alone in there. Any advice on where to start would be hugely appreciated.
