Goat milk soap base - Which essential oil to choose?

Planning to make goat mik soaps for keratosis pilaris. I am using a goat milk soap base. Want to highten its healing and soothing properties and make it smell amazing. I am a big fan of pure lavender essential oil. But wanted to know which essential oils would be the best! If you have used EO with goat milk soap please share which ones are the best.
