Selling soaps to small stores (questions)

Hello everyone. I am a beginner soap maker who, in the last 2 months, has been drifting from one flea market to another selling my handmade soaps.

I received pretty nice comments about my products, and some of my close friends and regular customers suggested me to start selling my products in bulk to stores and other shops.

I would like to ask if someone has experience with selling soaps that way. How to I begin? How do I contact the other shops? Which shop and business should I contact? Is there any requirements (ect licenses, labels…) for me to do it that way?
