I forgot Trump WAS disqualified already

Am I the only one??? A post that was put here an hour before I am writing this was what reminded me of that.

Trump is already disqualified under the 14th Amendment. But— well, I am not American so I don't fully know what that would entail. Does that only disqualify him? Or does it disqualify Vance too?

Even more, what exactly do you all think might happen if congress decides to disqualify him? Will there be public unrest? I generally doubt they're going to announce a war with Russia (and honestly in this day and age a war to unite the country might not work. ) so, what do you all think will happen if they do?
