why is my childhood appearing??

i keep seeing things that were significant to me in my childhood, my parents bringing up my childhood, i had a dream about childhood friends twice recently, i think about my grandma often too even thought she was only in my childhood, i've never really remembered or thought anything positive about my childhood until recently. it's almost like something is opening up in my mind letting me know that my childhood wasn't just all trauma. i don't know how to feel or what any of it means, i feel like i'm being lead to remember nice things from my childhood for a reason but i can't figure it out, almost like someone wants me to relive my childhood, is there any thoughts on why this is happening to me??
