Data Enthusiasts: How Long did it take for Extended Streaming History to arrive?

Title basically - For anyone who has requested data, specifically their extended streaming history, how long did it take for you to get your data? I asked twice, the first time being over two weeks ago, and I haven't gotten anything back at all and at this point I feel like my request has been binned or something.

If anyone has done something similar before, could you let me know how long it took (or takes in general if you've done this multiple times) for data, specifically data requested through support such as extended streaming history to send? Thanks!
