Why a super safety over an FRT?
I understand that the super safety was originally developed and popularized because FRTs were under pretty heavy fire from the ATF, but given that they've recently had to eat crow, return stolen FRTs, and acknowledge that they're legally distinct from machine guns... why are super safeties still popular?
Are they more durable than FRTs? I know that the early Rare Breed FRTs had significant issues with reliability and durability.
Or is there something else? An FRT sounds better to me on the surface, as you don't have to give up the rotary safety.
Edit: Other than cost haha
Hope you're all having a great day! :)
