Terrible photo but can anyone identify the white fish?

Hey! My local sushi spot always has amazingly fresh sushi. Problem is, their bento box is a little random sometimes. Lately, I’ve stopped receiving the only white fish that I truly loved.

In the bottom right corner it is the nigiri farthest to the left. It’s like a whitish gray colour. It is not a slippery nor tough fish. I can only describe it as “meaty”.

I tried looking up different types of whitefish used in sushi but still haven’t spotted it!
