PLEASE HELP! I can't install ms office

I came across this error while opening MS Word, so I decided to reinstall another version. But I tried several times to install Office but every time it showed this error. It installs MS Office, but when I open the program I get this error again. I tried Office installation through several sources/ways including this preactivated version of Office 2019 and same error. I force deleted office files (if there is any) through Office Scrubber tool, manually deleted some folders that suspiciously could be Office's (It was name Microsoft Office). None of them solved the issue. Please Help! This is affecting my work.
