Asking for advice

I like this girl. We talk every now and then. I Wana tell her that I like her. Sometimes I feel like I could do it right now. But it just doesn't happen. Even doing it over text seems like a monumental task. What about those three stupid yet ever so lovely words is so special and hard to convey? Is it okay to do it over text or should I do it face to face? What should I do I'm so restless over it.
