Tern HSD S8i (Gen 1) rear disc rotor replacement

My first gen Tern HSD S8i's disc rotors are ready to be replaced. The front is easy, just a regular Magura rotor but as I checked the back, looks odd, somehow bolted on to something on the Nexus hub? Any idea what kind of rotor should I look for?
