How to be asked for a selfie?

So I’m trying to do the sims 4 “world famous celerity” aspiration and I need 3 sims to ask me for a selfie but it just isn’t happening. Iv hosted several fan meet and greets and Iv been spending lots of time in bars where I can encounter fans but nobody is asking my sim.

Is there any other way to make this happen (without cheating)?
