Devastated, aggressive cancer found in lymph node

I (28f) had a TT 2 weeks ago with level VI neck dissection where some central lymph nodes were removed. Found out at my post op check up today that cancer was found in one of the lymph nodes nearest the cancerous nodule in my thyroid. It also turns out the cancer is a more aggressive type, tall cell i believe it was called. I’ll be doing RAI in the next couple months. They’re also doing a chest scan to check. I just feel like i’ve been told i have cancer again, i’m so upset and scared and angry. I feel like this is my life now, i have to worry about this forever. So worried they’ll find cancer in my chest. I mostly just wanted to vent and see what experiences others have had with this. I don’t even know what to do with myself right now. Never in my wildest dreams did i think i’d end up with cancer in my 20’s.
