I'm seeing a lot more people taking Accutane WITH Tret recommended by their Derms.

We all know the first thought (mine too) is NO!!!!!!

If you look around the interwebs there's many who are prescribed both at the same time, there is also some studies with combining both.

Also, most aren't prescribed heavy doses of accutane while on tretinoin. There's a growing trend and thought by doctors of 'microdosing' accutane, lower doses (10-30mg) 3 days a week, 2 days a week, and even once a week. I could see how taking accutane once a week at 10mg while on tretinoin could work for some.

I'm not a doctor and many of us here aren't either, just wondering your thoughts!
