Why is my rating going down when I’m nice, quiet, clean, and tip?

My rating will stay the same or go up a bit, but then I’ll have a ride and my rating just goes down by 0.2 points, just from one ride!!! The last ride was to the airport - I was not late, I was quiet, I didn’t make a mess or slam any doors, I don’t smell (lol), and I gave a tip. The driver also thanked me for it.

Edit: I saw that 16 drivers gave me 5 starts, 1 gave me a 4 star, and 2 gave me 1 stars. Weird the airport ride gave me a 1 star, and how it made my rating go down to 4.53
