Riders are really starting to get fed up with fares.

Had a trip this morning and when the passenger got in, I could tell she was a little bit frustrated. She immediately asked me how much are you getting paid from Uber to give me this ride? The pay for her ride was about $22. She said that uber was charging her $60 for a 20 mile ride. she asked if we could please cancel on the app and she could just Apple Pay me $30 instead and I said DONE! She was super chill and the ride was super easy. Do you think this is going to start happening more and Uber will start to realize “hey we need to maybe increase pay”
