Transferee radtech

hello, i am a first year student enrolled in bs radtech and we're planning to transfer for 2nd year cause medyo pangit school ko. may i know if may entrance exam po ba sa mga transferees and paano po siya maite-take if ever? and what are the requirements din po in applying (non-makatizen)? may rule rin po ba sila na if transferee bawal makakuha ng latin honor sa graduation? thank you
