Received a rejection via USAJobs email notification and now have an interview for the same announcement…?

I applied for a 2010 series job with the DLA and got referred for it. Last Thursday, I got an email notification that I was not selected for the position. Ok, no sweat. Today, I got a call for an interview for the same position.

What happened here? Did the other candidates on the hiring cert back out and I was next on the list?
