digesting tofu

i think i have problems with digesting tofu. i love tofu but whenever i eat even a small amount of it, in the next hours my guts get really active and i can sorta feel that in there. though lately this effect has decreased. i dont know if its because i started eating more tofu and my body got used to it but its just weird because nothing happens when i eat textured soy protein in huge amounts. so is soy the problem here or tofu? or maybe my guts? any recommendations?
