simple and quick vegan breakfast options

my wife and I keep eating the same stuff for breakfast:

- porridge

- toast/bread with something

- a smoothie/protein shake

this is getting mighty repetitive and so we're looking for alternative options.

It seems to me most recipes are either one of the above or take like an hour plus to make, which just isn't feasible most mornings.

What are your suggestions for a quickly made breakfast option that's different and interesting in some way? it's okay if i need to prepare something the day before.
