Sims 4 community (the bad side)

I just love it when some random dude thinks he knows everything about MY computer and MY mods. Like dude you aren't even here just stop. My sims 4 was having some glitching turns out it was from my cousin downloading mods from untrustworthy sites (it's fixed now). At the time I didn't know what was happening and I posted about needing some help. I got a few helpful comments but some people were really rude and saying I "lacked accountability". I was just looking for some help and they were being assholes.
