Do Rangers need a buff?

They are six man squads and health bars count more than anything else for infantry combat. More importantly, power creep has added better infantry like the upcoming USMC security forces. This just leads to Rangers feeling underwhelming (especially post dragon nerd too). Sad state for Rangers lead the way!
