I have a shining Charizard 1st edition in pretty good condition, been following the price for a couple years and it really hasn’t gone up. Is vintage cards like that not good to invest, or will it rise just takes time?

The artist Arita drew the Mewtube GX card, there was a book/magazine where Arita talked and showed the process it was drawn. I can’t find it now, maybe someone else knows what I’m talking about?
