Exercises to do at home to regain some strength?
Long story short, I (18F) have been rotting in bed for the past two years due to depression. Because I’ve literally just been laying bed, it feels like I’ve lost all my strength.
I literally can’t stand up straight for more than 15 minutes without hunching forward, my back starts hurting and it’s like I can’t keep myself up.
Please tell me some exercises or recommend some YouTube video I can watch, because I need to get my life back on track.
