Thoughts on Hoopsandhiphop’s concepts of regional forms for Emboar and Feraligatr?

Apparently the Feraligatr one was something he had commissioned for a hypothetical Legends: Unova game, whereas the Emboar variant appeared in his take on a Legends: Kanto game.
