Any way to reduce excessive glutamate with stimulants but keep the dopamine increase?

So stimulants (like vyvanse or adderall) increase both glutamate and dopamine in the brain, is there a way to reduce the glutamate increase without affecting the main effects for adhd and such? Especially for someone with adhd with already high baseline glutamate

NAC for example regulates glutamate but many say when they take it with their adhd medication they notice that it hinders the dopamine increase as well
