Has anybody heard of PetMarra? Is it any good?

I was searching for dry cat food since paubos na yung whiskas dry food ng cat ko. It hasn't been long since nalaman ko na it's not good for cats pala but I already bought the 1.2kg variant so I just stuck to mixing it with her wet food (I use special cat since prefer niya yung paté because of her dental issues but maybe may other suggestions kayo na cost-effective wet food).

I mix her wet and dry food in a 7 (wet):3 (dry) ratio because I don't have the money to solely feed her wet food. I was looking into buying Orijen or Acana pero super expensive and then I found PetMarra. I looked at the ingredients of their dry food and I was surprised with the ingredient list. The first five ingredients for the adult variant are: Salmon, Boneless Dehydrated Chicken, Tuna, Uruguayan Beef and Bone Meal, Peruvian Fish Meal. Be that as it may, I haven't found any reviews for it aside from online shops.

They have a website and from what I've gathered, they're a UK brand and all of the production and manufacturing is done in London. Apparently, all of their diets are tested using AAFCO feeding trials and their "recipes are formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by AAFCO". What confuses me though is all of their marketing seems to be heavily targeted towards the Philippines. All links they share on where to buy the products are all filipino online shopping apps. Aside from that, I don't think you can purchase the products anywhere else. The only reason I can think of is maybe they only do subscription boxes in the UK but idk.

HELP

Update: I didn't re purchase petmarra since i did do more research and it was just sketchy overall. So here's why I say that:

1. their website - it's professional-looking enough but when you actually think about it, aside from their products, there's really nothing that says anything about their company. the reason why i even decided to come to reddit was because i found the website sus to begin with and i thought other pet owners have more knowledge than me but i guess we were all on the same boat. it's very noticeable that a lot of answers in the FAQ section are very vague.

2. the address - i looked up the address that was stated in their website and found 19 companies that's registered under the address but petmarra was not one of them (this statement was based off of what i found in this website). this leads me to believe that they might've just purchased the address. if you look it up on google, listed under "most popular places" for the address is a company that sells a directors address which also happens to sell to non-uk based companies. it's basically a forwarding address where mail is received but then scanned and sent digitally to the director without them needing to be physically located at the address. it allows directors to use a UK business address without publicly displaying their residential address.

3. marketing - okay, let's say that they're a subscription type company in the uk but it still does not explain why all of their marketing are geared towards filipinos. all of the social media campaigns are geared towards filipinos, too.

Now, i'm not saying that they're not what they claim to be but things just aren't adding up on my end. With regards to the ingredients, I can neither confirm nor deny them since I have no capability to do any lab testing but just to let you guys know, I've stuck with feeding my cat an all wet food diet, specifically Special Cat (i buy every flavor except tuna just to switch things up every now and then).
