My Votes Suddenly Do Nothing

So I recently did a very fast downvoting of several comments in some replies, a bunch of people insulting the OP. I clicked downvote on like 7 things pretty fast. Well right after I did that, suddenly my votes stopped doing anything, and all those votes as well.

When I upvote or downvnote, the button is highlighted, but when I refresh the page nothing has changed, the number is reverted. I know vote fuzzing is a thing, and I know for a fact this is not that. When I look at the comments on another browser while logged out, I see the same thing I do on this account on this browser. This is absolutely different from before. My votes just are not being counted. Doesn't matter how much time has passed, they do nothing now.

It seems I've been caught in some anti-mass-vote filter. Will this wear off, or is it permanent?
