Friday - quick advice
Over the past two years I've gone no contact on my abusive family and dropped bad friends, leaving me with zero friends or family. I've grown so much with my self-worth. I'm starting to put myself back out there, but how do I explain that I dropped everyone without coming off as a giant red flag?
I feel like I THINK I have food insecurity issues due to the pandemic and Texas winter storm. Does anyone relate or have any advice?
