Heavy Obscurement/Darkness - am I missing something or is this ruled horribly?
There are 3 parts to a tank; The armour (AC+HP), the problem (Weapon), and the problem delivery system (Speed). If even one of them is faulty, you're gonna have a tough time being a tank.
